Ability to work effectively in a team environment.I have been playing choctaw for about 5 mths now,during august,sept,oct,nov.,i played between 3-6 days a week,i tried to beleive that the shuffling machines were not 'set up',or 'rigged',but to my dismay,they are.The shuffling machines are designed to increase the # of hands per hr and to increase the maximum rake.Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently or in a group and manage priorities.Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written on a technical level.Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 or greater.In process of completing first semester of Sophomore-level up to second semester Senior-level standing in degree requirements.Active student with major in Business, Management, Communications, or related undergraduate degree program with career aspirations in Human Resources.Required Education, Skills and Experience: Provide support as needed in various research and/or special projects.Provide instruction and guidance to candidates within the talent acquisition system (OTAC).Control HR contact sheets, birthday lists, and track all Human Resources technology inventory.Enter employee data into Hoshonti for new hire info, job titles, address/name changes, and paycard/ account info.Greet HR guests and provide direction to appropriate HR department.Submit AP invoices for Flower Fund and making payments for some insurance plans.Enter associate information into the employee badge system, AlphaCard.Answer phone calls, take messages, provide information, and respond to employment verifications.Scan and upload HR documents to the online filing system.Due to grant funding, candidates for this position must live within the 10 1/2 counties of the Choctaw Nation Reservation. The program runs from June 5th - July 28th, 2023. Our Summer Intern Program is an 8-week temporary, paid program for active college students.
